Ulexite Catalog is a shared server that provides video lists and disaster information (earthquakes, tsunami, and weather warnings) and weather forecasts to "Ulexite TV", a TV for VRChat worlds. It uses YouTube API Services and data from the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) website.

This server does not collect any personal, account, or device information from VRChat users or visitors of worlds that use Ulexite TV (except what is sent through the bug report form, described below), and it does not use cookies.

Ulexite TV (the TV placed in a world). Ulexite TV runs inside a VRChat world and never sends your information to the author or to the shared server (VRChat worlds cannot send data out).

• Your saved settings: language, volume offset, UI sound volume, notification settings, the first-run setup flag, your consent for the video app, video favorites (video IDs only), app settings, and app store requests are stored in VRChat's PlayerData on VRChat's servers, under VRChat's privacy policy.
• Visible to others in the same instance: by VRChat's design, PlayerData can be read by the world for other people in the same instance. Ulexite TV shows the remote holder's video favorites on everyone's screen.
• Deleting: use "Clear data" in App info (the entry remains but becomes empty, by VRChat's design).
• Shared settings such as the region and home order are shared among people in the instance only while it is open, and are not saved.
• Display names are used to show who holds the remote and to recognize the world creator; they are not saved. App store requests record only the app and the count, not who asked.
• Loading from outside: your VRChat client loads data and images directly from the shared server (GitHub Pages), YouTube thumbnails, and the VRC TV timetable. These hosts receive normal access information such as your IP address under their own policies.

Editor extension (Unity). The settings window used by world creators in Unity downloads the app catalog (GitHub Pages) and app files (GitHub Releases), and the video ID list from the shared server. It sends no information.

Children. Ulexite TV is used inside VRChat and is intended for people who meet the age requirements of VRChat's Terms of Service.

It periodically retrieves public video IDs, titles, and channel names from the YouTube Data API and publishes them as video lists. This data is refreshed on every run and is updated or deleted within 30 days.

It also periodically retrieves earthquake, tsunami, and weather warning information, weather forecasts, and AMeDAS observations issued by the JMA and redistributes them as issued (source: JMA website; selected and reordered by Ulexite). Sunrise, sunset, and moon information is calculated by this server and is not JMA data.

The lists are served by GitHub Pages; access logs are handled by GitHub under its privacy policy. Thumbnails and videos are loaded directly from YouTube by the VRChat client. By using this service you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.

Bug report form. What you enter in the bug report form (type, version, environment, world, what happened, errors) is used to investigate and fix problems. We do not reply individually. The form submits to Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Workers and D1). We do not store IP addresses (a salted hash is kept for 24 hours for spam protection only). Reports are kept for one year or deleted once resolved. We do not ask for contact details, so no personally identifying information is collected.
