Ulexite TV 利用規約
VRChat のワールド向けのテレビ「Ulexite TV」の利用規約を掲示するページです。規約を更新したときも、このページでお知らせします。
規約の正文は VN3ライセンス（Ver1.00）です：利用規約（和文・正文） ／ Terms of Use（英文・参考訳）。下の表は要点のまとめで、正文と食い違う場合は正文が優先されます。
要点

- Ulexite TV を組み込んだワールドを作成・公開すること（Public を含む）。そのワールドで有料イベントの開催や物品・サービスの販売などの商用の活動を行うこと（個人・法人とも）
- 改変すること、改変したものを含めて 無償で 再配布すること（受け取った人にも同じ規約が適用されます）
- 配信・動画・出版物への映り込みや利用
- 性的・暴力的な表現を含むワールドでの利用（ただし棲み分けをおこなうこと）
- Ulexite TV を題材にした二次創作（非営利、および実費程度の頒布）

YouTube API サービスについて
動画アプリは YouTube API サービスを使用しています。利用者には YouTube 利用規約 が適用されます。Google による情報の扱いは Google プライバシーポリシー、Ulexite での扱いは Ulexite のプライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。

Ulexite TV Terms of Use (summary)
The official terms are the VN3 License (Ver1.00): Japanese (authoritative) / English (reference translation). The summary below is for convenience only.
- You may build and publish worlds that include Ulexite TV (including public worlds) and run commercial activities in those worlds, such as paid events or selling goods.
- You may modify it and redistribute it, including modified versions, free of charge only, under the same terms.
- You may not sell or distribute Ulexite TV or modified versions for a fee, alone or bundled with other data.
- Modified versions must not use the Ulexite name or logo, or appear to be the official Ulexite TV.
- Credit is not required but appreciated ("Ulexite TV by 葛城ひなた").
- The terms of the version you received will not change later. New versions may come with new terms.
- Not covered: VizVid (MIT License), bundled fonts (Noto Sans JP, Sora, Noto Emoji; SIL OFL 1.1), and the YouTube logo (a trademark of Google LLC).
